Gentle, grounded support for healing, clarity, and a more Self-led life.
If you’re looking for more focused support than self-guided resources or community alone can offer, coaching may be the next right step.
My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems and shaped by a gentle, compassionate, spiritually open approach to healing. Together, we create space to notice what’s happening inside, understand the parts of you that are carrying so much, and move toward greater clarity, steadiness, and freedom.
Sometimes you need more than a meditation, a class, or a resource.
Sometimes you need a dedicated space to slow down, listen more carefully to your inner world, and receive grounded support as you begin to relate differently to what’s happening inside.
Coaching offers that kind of space.
This work is not about fixing you.
It’s about helping you meet yourself with more curiosity, compassion, and clarity — and helping you build a steadier relationship with the parts of you that are working hard to protect, manage, react, or carry pain.
My coaching is relational, spacious, and grounded in Internal Family Systems.
That means we won’t rush.
We won’t try to force breakthroughs.
And we won’t treat any part of you like the enemy.
Instead, we’ll work to understand what is happening inside, strengthen your access to Self, and help you move toward healing with steadiness and care.
This can include:
Individual coaching offers one-to-one support for people who want a more focused, personal space for healing and inner work.
This can be a good fit if you are:
Individual coaching is offered hourly.
If individual coaching feels like it may be the right fit, the first step is a consultation so we can talk through what kind of support would serve you best.
Individual coaching is offered at an hourly rate of $200 per session.
If you’re interested in working together, the best first step is a consultation. That gives us space to talk about what you’re looking for, whether this feels like a good fit, and what kind of support would serve you best.
Group coaching offers a shared, relational space for reflection, learning, and healing in the company of others.
This can be a good fit if you want:
Groups are capped at 6 people to help create a more personal, grounded space for trust and meaningful work to grow.
Group coaching is typically offered in
4-session stretches at $220 per person.
This helps create a clear, manageable rhythm while leaving space to discern together whether the group wants to continue.
Group coaching is offered in 75-minute sessions.
If you’re not sure which option fits best, we can talk it through in a consultation.
Group coaching is not about performing, keeping up, or having everything figured out.
It’s a guided space where you can listen, reflect, participate at your own pace, and receive support in the company of others.
The shared container often helps people feel less alone in what they carry.
And over time, that continuity can become part of the healing itself.
If you’re not sure where to begin, the best first step is a consultation.
This gives us a chance to briefly connect, talk about what kind of support you’re looking for, and discern whether individual coaching, group coaching, or another next step feels like the right fit.
If it does, we can decide together what makes the most sense.
Please reach us at tim@faithfullygrowing.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
No. Coaching offers support, reflection, and guided inner work through an IFS-informed lens, but it is not therapy.
Not at all. You do not need prior experience with IFS to begin. I’ll help make the process accessible and grounded.
You do not have to figure that out alone. In a consultation, we can talk through what kind of support you’re looking for and discern the best next step together.
No. These groups are designed for continuity over time rather than drop-in participation, with occasional opportunities for new members to join.
That can vary. Group coaching is offered in manageable stretches, with space to discern whether the group wants to continue over time.

Groups are capped at 6 people so the space can stay personal, grounded, and relational.
Individual coaching is offered hourly, but I still recommend beginning with a consultation so we can talk through fit, focus, and what kind of support would serve you best.
That’s completely fine. In a consultation, we can talk through whether group coaching, individual coaching, or the Faithfully Growing Community feels like the best fit for this season.
The community can also be a steady source of support alongside other kinds of coaching — a gentle place for ongoing connection, practice, and encouragement.
If you’re looking for gentle, grounded support for your healing journey, I’d be glad to help you discern whether coaching is the next right step.
