Practice, learn, and grow alongside fellow therapists, coaches, and helpers in a space that honors your unique path.
Get a feel for the structure, teaching style, and rhythm of the mastermind before you decide whether it’s the right fit.
You can begin by watching a welcome video and a sample teaching session so you can experience the tone of the space for yourself.
The Practitioner Mastermind is an intimate, ongoing space for practitioners who want grounded support as they deepen both personally and professionally.
This is a relational, experiential space for therapists, coaches, chaplains, and other helping professionals who want to embody Internal Family Systems more fully in their own lives and in the way they accompany others.
We gather regularly for live teaching, experiential practice, live demonstrations, group reflection, and the kind of relational learning that helps insight become lived wisdom.
This is not generic business coaching.
It is a grounded professional and spiritual home for practitioners who want a steadier, more Self-led way of living, helping, and leading.
Tim Fortescue (DMin, BCC, Level 2 IFS) leads this mastermind with curiosity, care, and lived experience.
Through live coaching, thoughtful discussion, and years of practice, Tim helps practitioners deepen their own Self-leadership, strengthen clinical intuition, and grow in the kind of grounded presence that supports both personal healing and professional integrity.
This is a space where you are invited to discover your own voice and way of practicing rather than trying to perform someone else’s model.
The mastermind follows a steady monthly rhythm designed to balance learning, practice, and integration.
This rhythm helps the work go deeper over time without becoming overwhelming.
This space may be a good fit for:
Prerequisite: You have a working knowledge of IFS parts (Managers, Firefighters, Exiles) and the basics of how to work with them.
Inside this mastermind, you’ll find space to deepen your own healing and to practice in ways that strengthen your work with others.
A place to deepen:
A place to practice:
To help sustain this work while keeping it accessible, participants make a sliding-scale monthly contribution of $150–$200.
This contribution supports the Practitioner Mastermind and includes full access to the Faithfully Growing Community.
If the mastermind feels like a good fit, we can talk together about what level makes the most sense.
The first step is a brief consultation.
This gives us a chance to connect, hear a little about your background and hopes, and discern together whether the mastermind feels like the right fit.
If it does, I’ll send you the next steps for joining and setting up your monthly contribution.
You do not have to have everything perfectly figured out before reaching out.
You can begin where you are.
Please rech us at tim@faithfullygrowing.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
No. This is a practitioner learning and support space, not therapy.
You do need a working knowledge of the IFS model and basic familiarity with parts work. This space is designed for practitioners who already have some foundation and want to deepen it.
That’s okay. This space is built around an ongoing rhythm, and you can re-enter the process without shame. The goal is steady growth over time, not perfect attendance.
Yes. Just let me know so I can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
My guiding belief is simple: healing happens when we trust even a drop of Self. That one drop is enough to begin.
This mastermind is for practitioners who want a grounded place to keep growing — personally, professionally, and spiritually — in the company of others who care deeply about this work.
If this circle feels like your next step, I’d be honored to walk it with you.
