I want to acknowledge one of my mentors in this work — Brian Jaudon — who has pioneered IFS-informed peer learning groups. Much of my format and approach with my group offering is inspired by Brian’s work. You can find out more about Brian's offerings here.
Participants will conduct and observe two 20-minute live coaching sessions in a "fishbowl" (whole group) setting each week with live supervision and coaching from Tim and peer participants.
Groups will be limited to 8 participants. Each participant will have two opportunities over the course of the eight weeks to be in the coaching role.
...go deeper with your personal healing.
...experience customized coaching within a group format.
...make new connections with like-minded folks on a healing path.
...feel seen and heard.
...unblending from your own parts when working with others.
...focusing on a specific part in session.
...deepening your own Self energy as a practitioner.
...using Insight and Direct Access IFS approaches.
...finding your unique style as an IFS practitioner.
...the group will be led by
Dr. Tim Fortescue,
a Certified Life Coach.
Tim has almost 100 hours of IFS training and has had an incredible experience using this model with those he coaches.
Tim has completed the Stepping Stone IFS course through IFSCA and is currently enrolled in a Level 1 Training through the IFS Institute.
Tim will ask questions that help identify trailheads that can direct you to a greater understanding and deeper compassion for your internal landscape as well as lead a stimulating discussion and offer lessons learned from his experience as an IFS Practitioner.
The pre-requisite for this group is a functional knowledge of IFS parts (managers, firefighters and exiles and how to work with them). It's assumed that participants understand the basics of the model.
