Group Coaching
These coaching groups revolve around a single theme, providing a supportive space for exploration and growth. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
A new thematic group is offered twice a month via Zoom for an hour and a half. You are welcome to attend just one or many group sessions.
Within these unique groups, you'll find a nurturing community where you can safely navigate your internal thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions.
This helps foster understanding, compassion, and integration.
With my extensive experience as an IFS trained practitioner, I bring valuable insights to each session, helping you overcome challenges, gain new perspectives, and cultivate a harmonious relationship with your inner world.
Individual Coaching
One-on-one coaching sessions, gives you an opportunity for personal customized coaching. We meet for an hour each week or every other week initially. In this coaching relationship, we create a supportive and empowering space for personal exploration and growth. Together, we will embark on an enlightening journey of self-discovery and healing. Conducted conveniently via Zoom or in person, each coaching session is tailored to your needs.
