This journey has been transformative and I am truly grateful for the experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend "The One Inside" coaching group to anyone seeking healing, personal growth, and aa deeper understanding of themselves.
The intimate group setting provided a safe and supportive space for sharing experiences and facilitated connection among participants.
I gained a profound understanding of myself and the internal dynamics influencing my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

It's best if you have the book prior to the first session.
We'll meet online via Zoom. You'll receive a Zoom link once you submit payment.

You reserve your spot here.
We'll meet once a week for six weeks.
An hour and a half.
Generally Friday or Saturday from 11:30-1:00 PM EASTERN (US) FOR 6 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
The first 15-20 minutes will be a facilitated discussion of the book, The One Inside by Tammy Sollenberger and some insight into the IFS Model. We'll then transition to more experiential work with a guided meditation. Following the meditation, we will spend a half hour doing a Parts-Mapping session with live customized group coaching. Each participant who wants to will have at least one opportunity to go deeper with one of their parts with the support of one-on-one coaching in the group setting. We'll end each group session with a time for questions and debrief.
You can share as much or as little as you want with the group. All who want to will have an opportunity to share.
The group will be led by Dr. Tim Fortescue, a Certified Life Coach. Tim has worked within a ministry context for the last 20 years as a bridge-builder between various cultural and religious groups. He has taught cross-cultural communication at the adjunct level, done development work for a non-profit, and is a certified life coach and a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner. Tim will ask questions that help identify trailheads that can direct you to a greater understanding and deeper compassion for your internal landscape as well as lead a stimulating discussion.
Whether you’re a practitioner new to IFS or wanting to deepen into the IFS model or if you just want to strengthen your connection to your Beloved Self, this group will lead you on a journey to better understanding your parts as you get to know the One Inside--your Beloved or True Self. You'll also enhance your understanding of the IFS Model and get to see it practiced firsthand.
Sessions are not recorded.
I realize that life happens and that you might need to miss a session. I appreciate a heads up if you're going to miss a week. Unfortunately, you aren't able to make up missed sessions and if you miss a week, you won't be sent a link to the recording for that week. This is to honor the vulnerability and privacy of the participants.
The purpose of parts-mapping is to identify the strategic or protective "parts" and exiled "parts" in our individual system. Everyone has parts and they develop to help us survive. It's important to connect with them to increase self-awareness, self-compassion, and healing. Parts-mapping can also serve to identify the relationship between the parts (ie. the part of you that wants to explore a new career path and the part that wants you to stay safe and secure in the job you have).
The concept of "Self" is taken from the Internal Family Systems model (IFS) and describes the essence of you, underneath all of your protective and defensive adaptations and strategies--Self is you when you first came into the world, and who you are when you're feeling calm, compassionate, creative and connected. This concept can be framed in many different ways: Buddha nature, True Self, Core, Essence, etc. From a Christian perspective, I like to think of "Self" as My Beloved Self --The beloved child of God I was created to be.
