An intimate, ongoing mastermind for 8 participants who are ready to commit to the journey. We gather four Tuesdays each month for 90 minutes (taking the 5th week off when it occurs).

Your monthly investment is a $150–$200 sliding-scale donation to Faithfully Growing's non-profit arm, which also includes full membership in the Faithfully Growing Community.

The Rhythm

Week 1: Teaching + guided exercises drawn from official IFS training methods
Week 2: Continued teaching + experiential practice
Week 3: Live skills practice with real-time feedback and gentle coaching
Week 4: Watch Tim work live with a volunteer + group debrief and learning
5th weeks: Time off for rest and integration

Prerequisite: You have a working knowledge of IFS parts (Managers, Firefighters, Exiles) and the basics of how to work with them.

Coaching from an Experienced IFS Practitioner

Tim Fortescue (DMin, BCC, Level 2 IFS) leads this mastermind with curiosity and care. He'll ask the right questions to help you identify trailheads into deeper self-understanding and compassion. Through live coaching, thoughtful discussion, and lessons from his years of practice, Tim helps you discover your own path as an IFS practitioner.

Contribution

To keep this work accessible while sustaining our non-profit mission, participants contribute $150–$200 per month on a sliding scale. Your tax-deductible donation supports our commitment to making IFS accessible to all and includes both the mastermind and full Faithfully Growing Community membership.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a professional learning and practice space for therapists, coaches, and helpers. We’ll honor personal process while staying in the lane of education and skills-building.

Do I need prior IFS training?

No formal training is required, but you’ll need a basic understanding of the IFS model—Managers, Firefighters, and Exiles—and how they interact. We’ll deepen your practice from there.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens! While I record sessions when possible, the best way to stay on track is through our private community space where you can connect with the group between calls and catch up on key insights. That said, showing up live is where the magic happens—real-time connection and support from the group is invaluable to your growth.

Can I pause or step out?

Yes. Just let me know so I can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.

Is my contribution tax-deductible?

Yes.
