I’m glad you’re here.

These beads were created as a gentle companion for everyday inner work — a simple way to slow down, notice who’s here, and reconnect with a steadier, more Self-led presence.

You do not have to use them perfectly.

You do not have to force calm.

You do not have to get rid of what you’re feeling.

You’re simply invited to pause, notice, and begin again.

Start Here

If this is your first time with the beads, I’d encourage you to begin with this first video.

It will give you a simple orientation to the beads and a gentle way to start using them.

A simple walkthrough of the beads, the grounding bead, the invitation bead, the four unblending beads, and the week beads —

plus a gentle pattern you can return to anytime.

The Simple Rhythm

This practice is built around a simple four-part rhythm:

I’m here.

Who or what’s here?

How do I feel toward who or what’s here?

I can be with who or what’s here.

You can move through the beads slowly, letting each phrase become a gentle anchor.

You do not need to make anything happen.

A drop of Self is enough.

Choose What You Need Today

Once you’ve watched the first video, you can come back and choose whatever feels most helpful.

Returning to Self

A simple way to use the beads when you want to come back to a steadier, more grounded, Self-led place inside.

When You're Triggered

What's something exciting your business offers? Say it here.

When You Feel Overwhelmed

A grounding practice for moments when everything feels like too much and you need something simple, steady, and real to hold onto.

Reflecting with the 8 C's

A gentle reflection using the 8 C’s and your Unblending Beads to help you make room for more Self-energy with curiosity, compassion, and steadiness.

Use them in Real Life

 You might use the beads:

  • when you feel overwhelmed
  • before responding in a hard conversation
  • during anxious moments
  • when you feel triggered
  • in prayer, reflection, or meditation
  • at the start or end of the day

You do not need a perfect setting.

The practice is meant for real life.
