You know that moment when one part of you wants to be responsible, another part wants to lose it, and a third part just wants everyone to calm down?
That's not chaos. That's your inner world doing its thing.
The Parts Show is a short-form series that makes the inner world visible, relatable, and a little bit funny, using four puppet characters who represent the kinds of parts we all carry inside.
No jargon. No therapy-speak.
Just everyday moments where you get to watch what's really happening on the inside.

Green wants a plan. Green keeps things organized, under control, and a little tense. Green prefers the term "appropriately vigilant."

Red reacts fast. When things feel overwhelming, Red wants relief now. Chips. Escape. Something. Red is helping. Just aggressively.

Yellow helps everyone understand each other. Yellow translates, softens, and bridges. Sometimes a little too quickly, but always with good intentions.

Purple feels deeply. Purple carries the vulnerable stuff: hurt, sadness, shame, longing. Purple just wants somebody to notice.

And Tim holds it all together. Not by fixing. Not by managing. Just by being present with whatever's happening inside.
Short videos (usually under 60 seconds) that show IFS concepts in action through real-life situations:
Each one is designed to help you recognize something true about your own inner world, without anyone explaining it to death.
No jargon. No therapy-speak.
Just everyday moments where you get to watch what's really happening on the inside.
You don't need to know anything about Internal Family Systems to watch.
This is for anyone who has ever felt pulled in different directions on the inside, and wondered if that meant something was wrong with them.
It doesn't. You're not broken. You're human.
